My Background
Hello, my name is Ryan Little and I've been investing in property since 2013. During the last 12 years I've invested in small buy-to-lets, houses of multiple occupation, commercial conversions & most recently new-build residential developments.
As well as investing in property, I own my own project management company, an estate agents, letting agency and most recently a mortgage brokerage. I also have experience operating a property sourcing business which sourced and packaged investment deals to both national and international investors.
Over the last 12 months I have spent more time mentoring & coaching people on a 1-to-1 basis and I feel like now is the right time to offer high-quality property investment training to small groups of students who are hungry to learn and put into practice the fundamental strategies & methods that I've been using myself to build a seven-figure property portfolio.
I take each day as it comes & always try to learn something new. I will be the first to admit that I don't know absolutely everything about property investing but I have access to people who do.
As well as investing in property myself, I have managed to convince my parents & close friends to do it too. I'm a firm believer that there is an abundance of wealth to go around and that everyone has the right to a fair share of it.
