What we do & how we do it.
Since 2019 we have renovated a range of buildings for other investors ranging from 2-bed terraced houses all the way to converting former banks.
As we project managed our our own property investments it became clear that other investors could benefit from our experience and contacts throughout the industry.
We are based in St Helens, Merseyside and mainly work with investors who are based further afield. We will consider all renovation and conversion projects in St Helens, Warrington, Wigan & the surrounding areas.
How it works ...
We offer 2 different project management services, the first being a cost plus basis and second being a fixed price contract.
Both services have pros and cons and ultimately depends on what is more important, speed vs. cost.
