3x full days of accompanied property viewings ... I will come to your own investment area and accompany you on as many viewings as you wish within a 3-day period. I will teach you how to analyse each property and how to work out your maximum offers to ensure you achieve your desired ROI or profit on every single property viewed. Whilst out viewing properties I will show you what red-flags I look out for both inside and out, as well as identifying problems within the property and how much it should cost to fix them. Whilst on the 3 days of viewings I will also teach you how to spot off-market properties and how to gain direct access to the vendors. 10x weekly meetings either in person or via zoom/teams calls ... The purpose of the 10 weekly sessions is to make sure that you maintain momentum and stay on track with your goals. It is also a chance for you to ask me for advice or to help clarify any questions you may have. More info ...
